Giancarlo Filippi non-binary multimedia artist currently based out of Burlington, Vermont. They received a BA in Studio Art & Art History as well Performance & Communication Arts at St. Lawrence University in 2016. Since that time since they have worked in various artistic capacities including graphic design, picture framing, art installation, gallery and museum work.
Their work is surreal, abstract, and impressionistic. They explore content that ranges from human form, to landscapes, to abstractions both organic and geometric. Major themes of their work include gender, trauma, spirituality and nature.
